Yesterday was a busy day between starting to set up more of the installation and cooking for my birthday dinner.
That was enough work for the day. Time to head home and begin cooking. I had prepared a bunch of finger food style dishes. I made cucumber-hummus cupcakes (adorable, I know!), caprese kabobs with tofu, grilled cheese and tomato, meatballs, and mac n' cheese. All vegan of course.
I got vanilla/vanilla, chocolate/chocolate, and carrot cake cupcakes. As well as cinnamon sugar, vanilla sprinkle, and chocolate frosted donuts. So SO good. I highly recommend it.
